DMCA takedown policy
SONICHAOS AI Studio responds to valid takedown notices under the DMCA and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. The page below explains what a notice must include, how we acknowledge it, and how a counter-notice works. Send notices to dmca@sonichaos.ai.
What to include
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Direct URL to the SONICHAOS AI Studio song that allegedly infringes.
- Your contact information — name, email, phone, address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Process
We acknowledge receipt within two business days. Valid notices result in removal of the song and a strike against the account that rendered it. Three strikes within twelve months result in account termination.
Counter-notice
If you believe a takedown was wrong, send a counter-notice with the same elements above plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court where the alleged infringement occurred. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the song after ten business days unless we receive notice of legal action.
