Privacy policy
SONICHAOS AI Studio collects the minimum we need to render songs and bill you correctly. The four short sections below cover what we store, what we do not store, the controls you have, and which subprocessors touch the data. Email privacy@sonichaos.ai with questions.
What we store
- Account record: email, display name, hashed password, preferences.
- Songs you render: prompt, lyrics, audio file, metadata.
- Usage logs: request time, response time, no IP-level retention beyond 30 days.
What we don't store
- We do not sell data. We do not run third-party trackers.
- We do not embed first-party SaaS analytics on this app at v1.
Your controls
- Export — account settings produce a ZIP of every song and the metadata.
- Delete — we remove embeddings, audio files, and the account record within 30 days.
- Email — you can unsubscribe from product email at any time. Billing email is required.
Subprocessors
Stripe handles billing. Cloudflare handles the edge. Both are SOC 2 compliant. No model training data leaves our infrastructure.
