Terms of service

These terms cover what we agree to when you use SONICHAOS AI Studio at sonichaos.ai. We aim for plain English. If a clause is unclear, write to legal@sonichaos.ai and we will rewrite it. The eight short sections below replace any prior agreement.

1. The service

SONICHAOS AI Studio is a generative music tool. You provide a prompt and optional metadata; we render an audio file. Output is delivered as a 24-bit WAV master at 44.1 kHz and an MP3 320 preview, with a -1.0 dBTP ceiling and a -14 LUFS target.

2. Your songs

Songs you render are yours, subject to the license tied to your subscription tier on the date of render. Free covers personal use. Pro covers up to one million views. Studio is unlimited commercial.

3. Personas

Each persona is a curated synthetic voice. We license each persona to you for the song you render. You may not extract, reverse-engineer, or attempt to clone the voice for use outside the rendered song.

4. Acceptable use

• No content that depicts real individuals without consent.
• No content that targets minors.
• No content that violates third-party copyright.
• No automated abuse — one account, one human.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any time from account settings. Renders you've made remain yours under the license active at the time of render. Billing stops at the end of the current period.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We work hard on quality but cannot guarantee a song fits a specific creative brief. Refunds for the current period are available within seven days for Pro and Studio tiers.

7. Changes

We will notify you by email at least fourteen days before any change to these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
